These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlowMuse mobile application ("App") provided by GlowMuse ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowMuse. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Description of Service

GlowMuse is an AI-powered beauty and confidence coaching application that provides:

• Personalized daily beauty and self-improvement missions.
• AI-powered face analysis and beauty feedback.
• Conversational AI beauty and confidence coaching.
• Curated transformation routines and programs.
• Emotional support and motivational guidance.
• Progress tracking with glow scores, streaks, and achievements.

3. Important Disclaimers

Not Medical or Professional Advice

GlowMuse provides general beauty, skincare, and wellness suggestions generated by artificial intelligence. The App's content, including AI chat responses, face analysis results, and mission recommendations, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, dermatological, psychological, or any other professional advice.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions, skin disorders, mental health concerns, or before making significant changes to your health or beauty routine.

AI Accuracy

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Face analysis scores are approximate assessments generated by AI models and should not be interpreted as definitive measurements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

4. User Conduct

When using GlowMuse, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Upload images of other people without their consent for face analysis.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Subscription

GlowMuse offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("GlowMuse Premium") that unlocks additional features including unlimited AI interactions, face analyses, missions, and more.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscribing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GlowMuse — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of GlowMuse and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant GlowMuse a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., face analysis). We do not use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlowMuse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Any loss or damage resulting from following beauty, skincare, or wellness suggestions provided by the App.
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated face analysis scores or recommendations.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's services.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowMuse, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
